These terms apply when you use kyslan.com, run a Leak Report, or subscribe. Using the service means you accept them. There is nothing to sign and nothing to negotiate. If something here doesn't work for you, email hello@kyslan.com and we'll talk.

What the service does
Kyslan connects to your PSA read-only, or reads a CSV export you upload, and compares work your team delivered against what was invoiced. It produces a report of findings: work that appears delivered but not billed, with a draft you can send. If you subscribe, it re-runs weekly and emails you what changed.
What it doesn't do
Kyslan never writes to your PSA, never sends anything to your clients, and never bills anyone on your behalf. Every finding is a suggestion for you to check. We are not your accountant, bookkeeper or lawyer, and the report is not financial or legal advice. You decide what to invoice, and you are responsible for what you send to your clients.
Accuracy
Findings are produced by matching your own tickets, contracts and invoices. They are only as good as the data in your systems. We work hard to make them right, but we don't guarantee every finding is billable or that we find everything. Check a finding before you bill it.
Your free report
Each company gets one free Leak Report. It's one per company, not one per person, so colleagues at the same business share it.
Subscriptions and price
Monitoring is a monthly subscription, priced on how many clients you have: $299/month up to 25 clients, $599/month up to 75, $999/month above that. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Cancelling
Cancel any time, from the billing link on your report page or by emailing hello@kyslan.com. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no minimum term. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for, then it stops. We don't pro-rate part-months.
Refunds
If Kyslan doesn't do what we say it does, email us within 30 days of the charge and we'll refund that month in full. No form, no argument. Beyond that, monthly payments already made are non-refundable. Cancel and you simply aren't charged again.
Your data
How we handle your data is set out in our privacy notice and security notice, which form part of these terms. In short: your PSA credentials are encrypted and wiped after each scan, we never train AI models on your data, and you can have everything deleted by emailing us. Your data stays yours; we claim no ownership of it. We may use anonymised, aggregated statistics that identify neither you nor your clients to improve the product.
Fair use
Please don't try to break the service, get at other customers' data, resell Kyslan as your own, or point it at a PSA you aren't authorised to access. Connecting a system means you're telling us you have the right to. We can suspend or close an account that does any of these, and we'll tell you why.
Availability
We aim to keep Kyslan up and running, but we don't offer a formal uptime guarantee at this stage, and we may take it down for maintenance. If a weekly scan is missed, it's picked up on the next run.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to Kyslan is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or indirect or consequential loss, including invoices you send, or choose not to send, based on a report. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it applies. Continuing to use Kyslan after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
