A key that cannot change anything.
Last updated: August 17, 2026 · Kyslan is a Northbeams Inc product.
The access you grant
A Kyslan audit uses a read-only key to your PSA. Kyslan cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your systems. Nothing is installed on any machine, no agents run on your network, and nothing is written back.
You can pull the plug at any time
The access key is revocable at any time, from your side, the moment the scan finishes, or mid-scan if you change your mind. Revoking it requires nothing from us.
Where your PSA data is processed
Demo audits run entirely on sample data. If you connect your own PSA, Kyslan reads it over an encrypted connection to run the scan. Your connection details are sealed with strong encryption (AES-256-GCM) and wiped the moment the run ends. If you subscribe and want a repeat scan later, you reconnect. The audit is read-only, and we do not train models on your data.
What we do hold
The details you type into our forms (name, work email, PSA, client count) are handled as described in our privacy notice: delivered to our business inbox, kept for 24 months after last contact, deleted on request within 30 days. The site runs on Vercel and transactional email is delivered by Resend, acting as our processors.
No sharing, no training
Your data is never used to train models and never sold. It is shared only with the processors named in our privacy notice (hosting and email delivery, plus an AI provider only if you explicitly opt in to AI interpretation). We do not share your details with advertisers.
Questions
Email hello@kyslan.com and it goes straight to the founder. If you want a walkthrough of exactly what a scan reads before you grant anything, ask and we'll show you.
